哪些国家比人更信任AI老板?

Business software companies Oracle and Future Workplace have released their AI and workplace consciousness survey results.

The survey released this time (AI at Work) surveyed 8,370 workers from 10 countries around the world. In a survey conducted in 2018, 32% of workers said they were using AI somehow at work, but in the 2019 survey, it increased significantly to 50%.

By country, India is the highest with 78%, followed by China with 77% and United Arab Emirates with 62%. In addition, the percentage of responding that they are happy that their AI colleagues are at work was the highest at 60% in India, followed by 56% in China and 44% in the United Arab Emirates. It shows that there is a high possibility that AI is already being introduced in countries that welcome work with AI.

The findings show that AI is being welcomed not only as a coworker but also as a boss. When asked if they trust AI more than human managers, 64%, significantly over half of them, answered yes. The percentage of countries that said they trust AI bosses was 90% in India and 88% in China. Trusting AI bosses is due to the expectation of competence. Overall, I think AI is better at handling numbers and data, but it seems to be expected that human bosses require empathy or the ability to see people.

Questions about the use of AI introduced in the workplace include collecting employee and customer data 31%, developing educational software 28%, managing replies to customers 24%, digital assistants and chatbots 22%, working application processing using algorithms 21%, hiring. I don’t know if there is, 18% can see that there is no change in the cautious attitude of introducing AI.

The Future Workspace side said that the results of this survey show that workers have been optimistic about the introduction of AI into the workplace over the past two years. It is revealed that it appears to be doing. Related information can be found here .
